Parents--help stop the summer slide! Kids can(and I have seen it) lose up to six months of progress over the summer. Having taught Kindergarten and first grade for so many years, I know just how important it is for your kid to come back to school in September feeling confident, excited, and capable of success. I have taught in inclusion classrooms, have looped K_1, and have had a great time. I look forward to keeping kids engaged over the summer.
